FinScry ("we", "us", "our") operates the FinScry ASX catalyst calendar service at finscry.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, including how we handle the email we send you.

- Notification preferences: the watchlists and alert settings you configure in your account.

2. How we use your email address
We send email strictly for transactional, user-requested purposes:
- Account verification emails when you sign up.
- Password reset emails when you request one.
- Catalyst alert notifications that you explicitly opt into and configure within your account settings.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk campaign email, and we never use purchased, rented, or third-party email lists. We only email people who registered directly with us.
3. Your email choices and opt-out
- Alert notifications are opt-in and fully user-configurable, and you can disable them at any time in your account settings.
- Account verification and password reset emails are service-essential and are only sent in response to your direct actions.
- To stop all non-essential email, disable alerts in settings or contact us at support@finscry.com.
4. Deliverability and list hygiene
We monitor bounce and complaint signals and suppress addresses after hard bounces or complaints. We do not repeatedly retry delivery to failed addresses.
5. How we share information
We use trusted service providers to operate FinScry, including Resend for email delivery and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention and security
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
