1. The service
FinScry scans ASX company announcements and uses AI to extract and organise upcoming catalyst dates and events into a filterable calendar, with optional watchlist and alert notifications.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address that you control.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in violation of these terms, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data accuracy and AI limitations
Event extraction and categorisation are AI-assisted and may contain errors or omissions. Always verify against the original source ASX announcements before acting.
7. Intellectual property
The FinScry platform, branding, and original content are our property. Underlying ASX announcements remain the property of their respective issuers.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Service availability
Catalyst data is sourced from third parties, including the ASX. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, or that data will always be complete, current, or delivered to any particular schedule. Access to our data sources may change or stop without notice, in which case new announcements may not appear until we restore it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinScry is provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
